Work Pail Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as SwingLab, provides AI-powered baseball swing analysis. By using the service you agree to these terms. You must have authority to bind your organization (if a business) or be of legal age.
SwingLab analyzes uploaded swing videos and returns coaching cues, scores, and drill recommendations. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Outputs are guidance only and may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for athletic decisions.
You may not: (a) use the service unlawfully or to upload content you don't have rights to; (b) attempt to interfere with security, scrape, probe, or reverse engineer; (c) upload spam, malware, or material that infringes intellectual property; (d) resell or redistribute the service.
You retain ownership of videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to provide the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have consent to record and upload athletes featured in videos.
We retain all rights in the SwingLab software, models, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews monthly at the listed price until canceled.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and uploaded data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
