• Athlete profiles you create: name, handedness, level, optional measurements and notes.
• Swing video uploads and the analysis derived from them.
• Usage and device data: IP, browser, pages visited, errors.
• Support messages you send us.

• Provide the service (account, analysis, drills, progress tracking).
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Product improvement and analytics.
• Customer support.

Legal bases: performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation.

Who we share data with

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud database, storage, edge).
• AI processing providers used to generate analysis from your videos.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and customer billing support.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations. We delete or anonymize it once no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
